1. What is Max Premium?
Max Premium (IPStream Max Premium) is an improved version of the Max DSL up to 8MB product. It offers faster upstream speeds (up to 832kbps) and a higher priority on the BT Wholesale network.

It's designed for businesses and individuals who do large amounts of uploading, or need to upload files at a faster speed than normal. Max Premium is particularly suited for VPN use.

4. How do I add Max Premium to my account?
Residential Customers
You can request this by using the Max Premium form at trials.plus.net.
Business Customers
You can add Max Premium to Business Broadband Option 1 and Option 2 accounts during signup. You can also add Max Premium after signup by going to My Account, clicking the 'Upgrade' link in the top bar and then clicking on the 'Max Premium' link.
[Top]5. How do I remove Max Premium from my account?
You can ask for Max Premium to be removed from your account by raising a Question to our Support Team. Refunds will be given for any whole months which haven't been used, but not for any unused pro rata days.
