Whatever you'd like us to do with your domain, it's important to let us know as quickly as possible.

Go to Domain Names in the Member Centre, and click Configure under your domain.

You'll find the Renewal Options at the bottom of the next screen, click on the appropriate link to make your choice.

Please Note: Once a renewal choice is made it will not change unless you want it to. If you ask us to renew your domain we will do so every two years unless you change the choice on this form.

All renewals are processed 30 days before a domain is due to expire. If you don't want your domain to be renewed, make sure you tell us as soon as possible.

If no choice is made for a domain, we will renew it automatically.
