The graphs on this page show the incoming mail queues on our spam filtering appliances (avasin) and our inbound mail delivery platform (inmx) over the last 24 hours, week and month.
Incoming mail is first received by our Cloudmark Gateway appliances. Messages are scanned for known threats/spam characteristics and either refused/rejected or passed through to our inmx platform, spam scored, and delivered to customers' mailboxes.
In cases where a customer has switched off spam filtering, mail will be passed directly to the inmx platform.
Cloudmark
The graphs show Incoming mail traffic. Each line represents the number of messages queued on an individual server.
Messages are load balanced across two separate sites via multiple DNS entries, OSPF and BGP. This means the queues should be roughly the same across each group of servers.
